Note: This counter calibrator has two configurations for users to choose from:
      1. Standard battery version (standard: No. 1 carbon-zinc batteries × 4)
      2. Rechargeable battery version (premium: No. 1 rechargeable batteries × 4 + matching integrated charging base)

      The KE803 Pocket Arrester Discharge Counter Tester (Lightning Strike Counter Tester) is meticulously designed and developed to meet the needs of power users. It replaces traditional bulky testing instruments and methods, making it highly popular among professionals.

Note: Before each use, ensure the power is off before extending the instrument's antenna.
III. User Guide:
       The power switch is located between the body and the head. Rotate it 90 degrees in any direction until a "click" is heard to turn the power on; reverse to turn it off. Before use, insert the ground wire into the tail and connect it to the ground. Adjust the telescopic conductive rod to the appropriate length based on the counter height before turning on the power. After turning on the power, the green light will illuminate. Wait for the red light to turn on (approximately 3-5 seconds), then test the arrester counter using the telescopic conductive rod. The instrument can be used repeatedly without turning off the power (ensure the conductive rod is away from the test object during each charge).
       Important: After testing, turn off the power first, then discharge the head conductive rod to the tail ground wire before storing the instrument.
The instrument is powered by four No. 1 batteries, providing over 5,000 discharge tests. If the battery power is low, the charging time will be extended, and the batteries should be replaced promptly (for the rechargeable battery version, the batteries need to be charged).
Tip: Remove dry batteries if the instrument will not be used for an extended period; for the rechargeable battery version, fully charge the removed batteries before storage!
